Hosting and server logs. This website is hosted by STRATO. When you access it, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection and access data (including IP address, date and time, requested page or file, data transferred, and browser/operating-system information) to deliver and secure the website and diagnose faults. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation. STRATO is the recipient. See STRATO’s privacy information . Retention follows the hosting provider’s applicable operational and security periods.
Externally hosted profile image. The DJ photo is loaded from a Beatport image server. Loading it transmits your IP address and technical access data to that provider. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in displaying the artist profile. See Beatport .
External links. Music and social-media links do not load third-party content automatically. A connection to the relevant platform is made only when you click a link, and that platform’s privacy policy then applies.
Cookies and analytics. This website does not use its own analytics or marketing tools. A SoundCloud music player is embedded on the page. Loading the player connects your browser to SoundCloud; your IP address and technical access data may be transmitted to SoundCloud, and technologies may be stored on or accessed from your device. Please consult SoundCloud’s privacy information for further details. Necessary hosting operations may still involve technical processing.
Email enquiries. If you email us, we process the information you provide to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries. We delete the information when the enquiry is resolved unless statutory retention duties apply.
